Jón Jónsen Kaldal (24 August 1896 – 30 October 1981) was an Icelandic long-distance runner from Reykjavik. He competed for Denmark in the men's 5000 metres at the 1920 Summer Olympics.
Geir Hallsteinsson (born 7 August 1946) is an Icelandic former handball player who competed in the 1972 Summer Olympics.
Ríkharður Jónsson (12 November 1929 – 14 February 2017) was an Icelandic football player and manager.
He made his debut for the Icelandic national team in 1947, and got 33 caps and 17 goals until 1965. This made him top goalscorer of the national team. In 2006 the record was equalled by Eiður Guðjohnsen.
Örn Clausen (8 November 1928 – 12 December 2008) was an Icelandic athlete who competed mainly in the decathlon. He finished 12th in the decathlon competition at the 1948 Summer Olympics.
